How do I remove URL Forwarding?
Solution URL Forwarding relies on your domains being assigned our DNS, that is ns1.planetdomain.com and ns2.planetdomain.com.
If the domain is pointed away from these DNS, for example to suit a new hosting account, the URL forwarding service is rendered ineffective. If you would like to park your domain rather than forward it, we can do this upon request. You can submit these requests via an email to

How do I Modify URL Forwarding
Solution To modify your URL Forwarding configuration, log into our website and go to the Services (OR Manage Domains) and URL Forwarding menus. At the top of the resulting page click 'Modify Existing URL Forwards', you can then adjust the details as necessary.
Note: Do not remove the CNAME record (park.planetdomain.com) within your domain's Advanced DNS Manager. This is required for your URL Forwarding to operate.
