- If you can not resolve be sure to review and re-read the listing in which you accepted to purchase.
- If you still can not resolve then contact them again about your intention to leave negative feedback.
- If you still can not resolve be aware that the seller can reply to your negative feedback but can not in turn leave you with negative feedback.
- Leave negative feedback.
- If you still want some sort of compensation then you will need to contact eBay.
