2. Check ‘I don’t know my password’
3. Type your email address into the field.
4. click ‘Continue’

Forgotten your username

1. Visit Google Account Recovery
2. Check ‘I don’t know my username’
3. Click continue
4. Choose a method of recovery
   • Enter your recovery email
   • Enter your recovery phone number
5. Fill in the appropriate field, as well as your first name and last name that was used with the account.
6. Check ‘I’m not a robot’ and click submit
