Ideal for University Graduates or Experienced.
  • No experience required, however, customer handling skills, excellent phone manners and basic computer skills desirable
  • Laptop, webcam, microphone and internet connection required.
Tasks
  • Handling Client calls and contacts. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Working with calendar
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Reporting and coordinating with staffs to get the customer query resolved in a timely manner.
Place of Business Remote work, location of your choice. You are required to supply your own laptop, webcam, microphone and internet connection. Remote connection to head office is required.

Description Ideal for university graduates and Experienced candidates, entry-level position assisting senior staff.

Remote Working; Remote work only. Laptop, webcam, microphone and internet connection required. Remote connection to head office is required.

Typical tasks;  Client Customer Service Phone Receptionist  [80% Estimated]. Admin [20% Estimated] General Admin and Clerical.

Typical days of operation; Mon-Fri AEST 8 am to 4 pm, or,

Standard working time: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm New Dehli Time, working times are flexible. Sat-Sun works negotiable. Work from home.

Able to
  • Talk to clients to quote, order and sell products and services of the company.
  • Handle customer complaints, work with staff and manager to liaise with clients and coordinate the completion of client work
  • Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Hours
  • Typically 7.5 hours per day for 5 days a week
  • Typical Working Time: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Working times are flexible
Overtime You will be remunerated for overtime hours worked on the basis of your hourly rate calculated from your base rate.

eg.
If your base rate is 2,50,000 INR and you work 6 hours of overtime per week for 52 weeks, your total remuneration would be approximately 3,15,000 INR.

Given the same base rate, if you worked 13 hours of overtime per week for 52 weeks, your total remuneration would be approximately 3,62,000 INR.

Overtime hours worked will be capped as per statutory requirements. It is the staff member’s responsibility to ensure the number of hours worked is under the aforementioned cap.
