Setup
Downloading ZWM Zeumic Work Management
For an automatic download of ZWM Zeumic Work Management, log in to your WordPress and select the Plugins Menu. In the search bar, insert “ZWM Zeumic Work Management”, select the plugin and click “Install Now”.
For ZWM Zeumic Work Management setup, the staff are created via users (see Making Users Staff Members below), whereas the departments and priorities are created directly through ZWM Zeumic Work Management.
[Optional] For the WooCommerce pathway of ZWM Zeumic Work Management, in the search bar, type “WooCommerce”, click the plugin and press “Install Now”. Navigate to the back end of WordPress and under ZWM Zeumic Work Management, click “Settings”. Change the integration option to “WooCommerce” and click “Save Changes”.
Adding ZWM Zeumic Work Management to a Page
To add the ZWM Zeumic Work Management to a page, proceed to the back end of WordPress and edit or create a page. Place the shortcode [[zwm_list]] where desired on the page.
The page will be password protected and in order to access, WordPress must be logged in.

Users
Creating Users
If your user is a client, refer to Client, refer to Client > Creating Clients.
In the back end of WordPress, select “Users” and click “Add New”. Once the form is completed, select “Add New User”.
Making Users Staff Members
Proceed to “Users” in the back end of WordPress and select “Users”. In the search box, type in the user or staff member’s name and click “Search Users”. Hover over the user or staff member’s name and select “Edit”. When editing, navigate to the ZWM Zeumic Work Management and select the “Staff” box. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Update User”.
Staff Members’ Privileges
- Departments
Place a staff member in a department and when tasks or products are delegated to a department, all staff members within are selected. - See all staff
See all staff gives the option to view other staff members’ products or tasks. - Edit department
Edit department allows the staff member to change the department which the task or product was previously placed in. - Edit users
The option edit user allows the staff member to change the delegation of the product or task. - Edit priority
Edit priority allows for the user to change the priority of the task, for example from incompleted to archived. - Edit client
Edit client allows for the staff member to edit the client of a product or task. - Edit meta
Allows for the staff member to edit the meta. - Edit customer notes
Allows for the staff member to edit the customer notes. - Edit internal notes
Allows for the staff member to edit the internal notes.
Proceed to “Users” in the back end of WordPress and select “Users”. In the search box, type in the user or staff member’s name and click “Search Users”. Hover over the user or staff member’s name and select “Edit”. When editing, navigate to the ZWM Zeumic Work Management and change the settings as desired. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Update User”.
Departments
Creating departments
To create departments, proceed to the back end of WordPress. Select ZWM Zeumic Work Management > Department. Select “Add New” and type out the name of the department. Once complete, click “Publish”.
Delegating Users or Staff Members to Departments
Refer to Users > Staff Members’ Privileges
Priority
Creating priorities
In order to create priorities, in the back end of WordPress, under ZWM Zeumic Work Management, click “Priorities”. Then select “Add New” and enter the name of the priority. Publish when complete.
Note that the priority “Archive” is automatically installed. When the task or product is archived, it drops out of ZWM Zeumic Work Management and can be found by searching the priority “Archive” in the front end of WordPress (i.e. the page where the shortcode [[zwm_list]] was placed).
Clients
Creating Clients
In the back end of WordPress, under ZWM Zeumic Work Management, click “Settings”. Under “Clients Role” select the best fitting term for all clients. Then select “Save Changes”.
In the back end of WordPress, select “Users” and click “Add New”.
Under “Role”, ensure that the role chosen is the same as the role selected in ZWM Zeumic Work Management. Also ensure that all the clients’ roles are the same and that other users’ who are not clients do not have the same role as a client.
Once the form is completed, select “Add New User”.
Inactive Clients
Proceed to “Users” in the back end of WordPress and select “Users”. In the search box, type in the user or staff member’s name and click “Search Users”. Hover over the user or staff member’s name and select “Edit”. When editing, navigate to the ZWM Zeumic Work Management and select the box “Inactive Client”. Navigate to the bottom of the page and click “Update User”.
OR# ITEM SKU
The OR# ITEM SKU depends on whether ZWM Zeumic Work Management is working in tandem with WooCommerce or independently.
Not WooCommerce Integrated
Products can be created through the front end of ZWM Zeumic Work Management. The #ITEM SKU can be anything and can be searched.
WooCommerce Integrated
1 Have a product ready
To create a product, via the back end of WordPress, hover over product and click “Add Product”. Name the product. Scroll down and under general, if desired, add a link for your SKU. Then under inventory, type an SKU (e.g. AD10009.000 where AD for organisational purposes refers to advertising). Ensure there are decimal places to allow for multiples of the same product.
2 Have an order ready
To create an order, via the back end of WordPress, hover over WooCommerce and click orders. Select “Add Order”. Click “Add Item(s)” and find your product. Edit the customer and save order when completed.
3 Edit
Through the front end of ZWM Zeumic Work Management, the products within the order will be automatically added. Now the product can be edited via the addition of a department, users, priority, meta, customer notes and/or internal notes.
Meta
In the front end of WordPress, ZWM Zeumic Work Management gives the option to have meta for specific products or tasks for the client or staff members. If ZWM Zeumic Work MAnagement has been integrated with WooCommerce, meta can be edited via the back end of WordPress through the order.
Syntax for updating details to order:
- Use “====” for differentiating between a heading and content.
- Use “////” to put a line break and adding data to another line.
For example:
